2024 MACG REP XMAS WRAPPING FUNDRAISER

Nominate Now for as many shifts as you can to increase your share in the fundraising!

T&Cs

- Xmas Wrapping is Open to Anyone 15 years+ and can be done by the player or a family member or friend

- Parking - all wrapping volunteers will receive free parking for their shifts at Westfield. Check the parking areas in the handbook and validate your parking at the Service Centre by providing your number plate. The Service Centre closes before some shifts so it is recommended to do this upon entry of Westfield

- All shifts will have a supervisor from the Lions Club so support and guidance will be available for all volunteers

- Xmas Wrapping Fundraiser provides the opportunity to reduce Rep player fees in 2025

- To receive a share in reduced Rep fees a minimum of two shifts must be completed by a representative of a player, players who do not volunteer in the wrapping do not receive a share in the funds
- The amount of the share of reduced fees is dependant on the money raised by wrapping and will only be calculated in late Jan/early Feb once wrapping is completed and totalled. The allocated amount will be added to the next fee instalment for the player

- Volunteers are required to read the handbook and sign in (sign in sheets will be at the station)

- Volunteering does not guarantee a player a selection in the MacG 2025 Rep season

- If the nominated player is not selected for Rep the volunteer will be offered the opportunity to transfer their share to another player or directly to MacG
